Having stayed at this hotel before and attended conferences I knew we would be well looked after. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed. We had been warned the hotel was busy and could be noisy and that was the only downside to a good nights sleep. It would not stop me from returning as the level of service is excellent.
