Great hotel would defiantly stay here again

We stayed at Newgrange Hotel recently as we were attending a wedding nearby. I cannot overstate how helpful and friendly Alyssa on front desk was. I emailed ahead with a request and she replied promptly and sorted it out for me. When we arrived, she remembered our email exchange and was so friendly. She is an absolutely fantastic face for the hotel, fabulous first impression!

The staff took excellent care of us here. We were checked in early and given an upgrade. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive. Martin the night porter is worth his weight in gold. The only bad point was that the smoke alarm in our room went off at 6.30 am. However, we were allowed late check out which made up for it. I'd definitely reccomed the Newgrange hotel and I'm sure I'll be back to stay again in the future.
